Former Prison Break hunk Wentworth Miller will guest star in an episode of House.
He last appeared on the small screen in a 2009 guest role on Law & Order: SVU.
Meanwhile, creator David Shore told The Hollywood Reporter that the departure of Lisa Edelstein (Cuddy) was one reason why the producers “decided to have the time passage [in the season opener]. The world outside of House has settled into its own environment and it’s completely different in so many ways, including the fact that Lisa’s not there. House has to adapt.”
He says the show has “always been case-based, but it’ll be more than that. We’re going to have fun with House messing with people. It hasn’t changed that much. It’s a slight shift.”

Saw a sneak peak of House in jail at the beginning of this season… Dr Gregory House (and Hugh Laurie for that matter) is awesome.
I just got reminded of this story, haha:

Don’t know if he’d still be called a ‘hunk’ by the fangirls and gay community anymore, he’s been packing on the weight in recent years
He is not only Prison Break alum to guest star on House as past seasons has saw appearances from Robin Tunney, Dominic Purcell and Sarah Wayne Callies.
Having just watched Prison Break for the first time, this guy is hotttt.
