Nine confirms its launch date for the Celebrity Apprentice Australia, set to lead their charge into the final weeks of the ratings year.

Nine has now confirmed its launch date for the Celebrity Apprentice Australia, featuring Mark Bouris, as 7pm Monday October 24.

As previously reported the series will be stripped five nights a week, with two eliminations each week:

Monday: Celebrity Challenge
Tuesday: Boardroom and…“You’re Fired”
Wednesday: Celebrity Challenge
Thursday: Boardroom and…“You’re Fired”
Friday: Behind-the-scenes

This is the second Apprentice series for Nine, and will lead their charge into the final weeks of the ratings year.

In Celebrity Apprentice some of Australia’s most well-known and controversial celebrities will be working towards raising money for their various charities.

The Apprentice Australia’s Mr Mark Bouris, one of the country’s most successful high-profile businessmen and Chairman/Co-Founder of wealth management company Yellow Brick Road, will helm the series.

Joining Mr Bouris in the boardroom are:

Pauline Hanson: Politician
Polly from The Block: Reality Star
Jason Coleman: Dance Guru
Max Markson: Agent to the Stars
Julia Morris: Comedienne
Jesinta Campbell: Beauty Queen
Wendell Sailor: Footy Champion
Shane Crawford: AFL Legend
Lisa Curry: Olympian
Deni Hines: Australian Singer
Didier Cohen: International Model
Warwick Capper: 80’s Icon

At stake is $100,000 for the winning celebrity apprentice’s charity.

All of the (in-) famous contestants will be competing in challenges using their fame, their contacts and anything else they can think of to win for their respective charitable causes.

The celebrities will be subjected to long hours, gruelling mental challenges, and intense scrutiny…all without their usual safety net and support team of agents, managers and personal assistants.

7pm weeknights on Channel Nine from October 24th.

  2. Sack Coleman can’t stand him !
Comes across as a know it all pain in the backside.
I suppose he has acheived alot in life and knows everything
‘Well done break out the tissues’!

  3. Forgive me for being cynical, but Celebrity Apprentice Australia doesn’t ring true. In fact, it feels as if it’s a setup. The Aussie Bum guy just happened to turn up, and quick as a flash agreed to pay $50,000? Sorry, I’m not buying it.

  4. Please explain. Why does the poster ads on bus shelters suggest having fun? There is an ad for it and people seem to think Pauline Hanson is going down and will cry! If she does everyone will need a please explain, the crying? Good luck Nine. this doesn’t rate, Pauline has a lot to explain on behalf of Nine.

Maybe it’s time to consider “Sale” again or something else. But not:
    A) something including, eddie everywhere, B) Another 7pm project type show, C), sitcom repeats. They won’t or don’t work.

  5. @Monique
If it stays on air it will be because of the financial relationship between Mark Bouris’ Yellow Brick Road and Nine. Google YBR and Nine for the details.

The first series barely rated and was shifted constantly.

  6. @ Valerie Foley, I hope your hat tastes nice, because i’m predicting this show will do quite well. Even if it doesn’t rate that well, they will still play it out.
