The CW Network in the US has now given full-season pick-ups to fantasy drama The Secret Circle (pictured) and medico-dramedy Hart of Dixie.
Following a further order for Ringer, this makes all 3 new dramas approved for a full season, according to EW.com.
CW president Mark Pedowitz said, “We believe in the creative strength of these dramas, and by giving them back nine orders we can give our audience the chance to enjoy complete seasons of all three of them.
None of the shows have been a breakout hit but the network tends to develop a handful of dramas each year, pick a few to put on the air and sticking with them for at least one season.

@Matt Craig Ferguson should sue then.
Really enjoying hart of dixie. Shows that Rachel Bilson can hold her own as the main actress in a tv series as to when she was a co-star on the OC.
Hart of Dixie is a rip off of Doc Martin. The synopsis is so similar yet different enough to not be seen as a direct rip off.
I think Hart of Dixie is really nice, yes a typical CW show but fun to watch with Rachel Bilson all grown up. I’m thinking Fox8 might get this one, or one of the digital FTA channels, Nine have the rights to Warner Bros show right?
Looks like being on the CW is a much safer place to live than NBC.
