International Emmys 2011: winners

BBC's Accused led the Drama wins at the International Emmys, but Dance Academy misses out.

The International Emmys were held earlier this week at the New York Hilton, hosted by actor Jason Priestley.

Lady Gaga presented Nigel Lythgoe, the executive producer of American Idol and the co-creator & executive producer of So You Think You Can Dance, with The International Emmy Founders Award.

BBC’s Accused led the Drama wins, which will be coming to ABC1 and then Pay TV channel 13th Street.

The sole Australian entry, Dance Academy, missed out on the Children’s category.

Later, Willy finds a packet containing £20,000 in the back of a taxi. He bets it all in a game of roulette and wins; however, it turns out the money is all forged notes and Willy is arrested.
