ABC2 is serving up an Australian comedy marathon, with a week-long feast from Christmas Day - New Year's Eve.

ABC2 is serving up an Australian comedy marathon, with a week-long feast of complete series, screened over six nights, from Christmas Day – New Year’s Eve.

Tony Martin presents A Quiet Word With…, where he sits down to chew the fat with the likes of Rhys Darby, Alan Davies, Rob Brydon, Lily Tomlin, Rob Sitch and Ross Noble.

We revisit 3 years’ worth of A Very Specky Christmas episodes, plus the recent 2-part The Best of Spicks and Specks and The Finale.

Jess and Josh are back with an encore screening of their popular series twentysomething, and Lee and Shannon present the six naughty sins that make films great in The Bazura Project.

And Chris Lilley fans will be stuck to the couch when we screen the entire series of Angry Boys and Summer Heights High.

  1. Agree with Steve. Some classic ABC comedies would be a great filler over Summer. (The Late Show, Mother and Son, Lano and Woodley, The Micallef Program, The Big Gig, The Glynn Nicholas Show etc).
