Video Killed the Radio Star kicks off with Duran Duran, with later episodes to feature Spandau Ballet, Bob Geldof and AC/DC.

A half hour special will follow at 7:30pm, The Videos That Shaped the 80s.

Then world’s legendary rock stars discuss the creation and impact of the videos that everyone remembers in this celebration of the era when memorable music was matched in brilliance by the creative film making that projected it around the world.

These extended interviews with both the artist and music video director recall the inspiration behind the videos, anecdotes from the filming process and how this dazzling new medium changed the music industry forever.
