Three charges against Celebrity Apprentice contestant Tania Zaetta involving charity funds have been dropped by the Office of Fair Trading, but a dozen other charges still remain.
Peace For The Children was fined $50,000 in November for collecting funds whilst being unregistered.
No conviction was recorded against co-director and company founder Grant Hilton, who was also fined $10,000 after pleading guilty.
This week, Zaetta’s lawyer indicated he would push for the entire case to be dropped.
The case has been adjourned to February 17.
Zaetta is currently involved in Nine’s Celebrity Apprentice series in which participants raise funds for selected charities.
