Returning: The Stafford Brothers

DJs Matt and Chris Stafford travel to festivals in Asia, Europe and North America in the second season of their FOX8 series.

DJs Matt and Chris Stafford return for a second season of their Reality series The Stafford Brothers.

The duo, who have risen from playing in nightclubs on the Gold Coast to international success travel to festivals in Asia, Europe and North America.

Appearing in this season are David Guetta, Dizzy Rascal, Roger Sanchez, Fedde Le Grande and Carl Cox.

Last summer The Stafford Brothers found fame with a hipster crowd who lived vicariously through the Aussie deejaying twosome as they performed at some of the world’s biggest music festivals.

Together the boys climbed the ladder of deejaying success and played to over 800,000 screaming fans worldwide – a place usually reserved for the music elite.

Season two will see the boys’ careers explode as they tour the world mixing it up at the hottest festivals, clubs and parties in Thailand, Hong Kong, USA, Canada, Germany, Holland and Australia in their quest to land themselves a number one hit, and expand their business brand and burgeoning nightclub empire.

Brooke Evers, model and girlfriend of Matt Stafford, returns this series with plans to crack the music industry as a deejay under the guidance of the boys’ straight-talking, no nonsense tour manager, Joey Lamattina. Not all goes to plan when Brooke’s move to Sydney to pursue her dream job places a huge strain on her relationship with Matt and all the drama unfolds in front of the cameras.

Some big name industry legends; David Guetta, Dizzy Rascal, Roger Sanchez, Fedde Le Grande and Carl Cox drop by The Stafford Brothers. This season, highlighting just how far the boys have come from their humble beginnings playing in Gold Coast nightclubs.

Join the Stafford brothers as they juggle the dramas of life, music and love on the road.

The Stafford Brothers is produced by WD Entertainment exclusive to FOX8.

Friday, January 27 at 8.30pm FOX8.

  1. As sad as it might be, I actually enjoyed the first season. They seem like nice guys that are living their dream and we get to travel along, nothing more than that!

  2. Sam you do not know what you’re talking about! This is simply a reality show about DJ’s which most young people in Oz know, they’re quite well known.

Also, Australia comes up with many TV series, many that are re-made in the UK and US. Also, Australian TV just goes from strength to strength, even in locally remade versions of foreign series.

  3. I have no idea who or what they are.. If its going to be the typical rediculours of the andy and anderson on ch9 that recently they went to new york to do rediculours stunts and ideas.. the (wanna be “jackass”) sort of to speak… I wont be watching at all.

We sure don’t want a channel that turns from nice things to a new life of rubish television.

This is whats wrong with this country…. Too many american programes apears on australian tv, series.. movies.. shows… talk shows.. news and such. But the issue here is.. australia hasn’t yet come up with many of our own australian made programes such as shows… reality… series and such. There for most australians can’t think of anything nice to make on tv.. so they get the ideas off shows from usa… the so what (wanna be them on the show) There was a terrible reality made australian show in 2008 the fab5 wanna be one american.. That fab5 reality show in the usa that goes from peoples home to transform the kitchen.. bedroom the way they dress and such. But the australian version was 100% shocking. I was suprise channel ten quickly cancel the show instantly after very low rating.

But sure we dn’t was rubish programes on tv. I normaly end up watching foxtel and forget i have local channels.
