Alan Carr: Chatty Man: Feb 9

Does it get any camper than this? Lady Gaga, Dannii and Alan Carr together on the one show.

Does it get any camper than this?

Tonight’s episode of Alan Carr: Chatty Man features guests Lady Gaga performing her latest single, Marry the Night. Dannii Minogue talks about motherhood and her latest book – Dannii Minogue, My Style. Comedian Peter Kay drops in to chat about his DVD, Peter Kay Live: The Tour That Didn’t Tour Tour.

Since winning the BBC New Comedy Award for Stand-up in 2001, Alan Carr has become one of the hottest comedy stars in Britain and has appeared at comedy festivals the world over. His inimitable style of self-deprecating humour, camp innuendo and bubbly personality has won him legions of fans both at home and abroad – as proven by his sell-out stand-up tours and the 1.6 million people who regularly tune in to his popular chat show.

Known for his irrepressible, warm and witty approach, series seven of Alan’s side-splitting chat show – Alan Carr: Chatty Man – screens Thursdays at 9.30pm on ABC2.

Each episode sees Alan welcome three celebrity guests to his sofa, where the usual rules of chat shows do not necessarily apply! There’s high jinks, juicy gossip and, with Alan’s gentle mocking approach, who knows what the celebrities will reveal about themselves?

9:30pm Thursday ABC2.

  1. I’m with you dramaqueen. I watched the first couple but stopped watching after David Walliams’ “interview”. I’ve liked Alan Carr when he’s been a guest on other shows but I really can’t stand him on this. I find him way too overbearing and full of himself.

He is certainly no replacement for Graham Norton.

@Robert BA – I’m glad someone likes it but I think you’ve got your adverbs switched around. Don’t you mean slightly funny and very camp?
