When ACA beats TT, I wish they’d do it every night. TT has stories on reality villains ACA had Current Affairs. Excess Baggage has Excess Viewers. The excess watched TBL or Villains of MKR. If you watch EB take your Excess Baggage to elsewhere. That’s not even going in my house.
I watched EB for the fist time last evening. I only lasted a short period of time though. It really was as bad as people were telling me.The only way it could worse would be if Edie McGuire appeared somewhere on it.
Yes it appears that EB is a dud it is even rating lower than the renovators isn’t it I may be wrong but I think the reasons why it is flopping are
1 over promotion by nine sure they need to promote it but there is such a thing as over promoting it
2 it is up against TBL which has a loyal fanebase nine must have known that ten always starts TBL early in the year
3 it has celebrities which is not to everyone’s taste some people only want to see everyday Australians trying to loose weight
4 it is on channel 9 which a lot of people including me don’t trust
Personally I don’t mind the show but I would have liked it more if it was all everyday Australians and not celebrities
No Foxtel ratings today
The public have spoken – EB is a resounding dud. It will be flicked to one of the secondary channels within the next month, i’m sure, as Nine can’t afford to haemmorhage viewers like that in the crucial 7pm timeslot.
The Project doing very well in non-daylight saving states. Overall, the show is building. Could easily pass 600,000 come April when daylight saving is over.
Bruce check ratings wrap in News. I do these pretty regularly.
David, any idea what the first episode of Family confidential rated on abc1 last night?
In fact, the big worry for Thursday should be the 8.30pm turn off? Are the viewers going to Digital, as their 8.30 programs seem to get going well. Is CSi the only 8.30pm Top 10 program?
Both “Current Affairs” shows dip under 1M while The Project up about 60-70K from the start of the week – too early to call this as we need a few more weeks of data, but this could be positive
However, soft numbers for Neighbours on ELEVEN – could this have something to do with it still being summer? Should we expect the numbers to climb come autumn and winter?
The public have spoken…
Goodbye Excess Baggage
The Project got more viewers than A Gifted Man… switch it with Law and Order asap.
It would have been a tighter contest if it wasn’t for Seven’s MKR.
MKR is really benefiting from Nine’s stupid decision to put EB up against TBL.
Not sure which show will get moved to the digital channels first – EB or Ten’s A Gifted Man?
