Betcha Nine is holding off product fr a post Easter swing with Celeb Apprentice. If that doesn’t grow audience at 7pm they may as well pack up and go home. An appalling result for a Tuesday night to be smashed by Ten. Advertisers should be asking for their money back.
Rayne- I must agree about unfunny comedies. BBT is awesome and I think very funny yet 2BG and TAAHM bore me.
Another thing, is it just me or is STV nothing with NRL and AFL this time if year? Nothing else really seems to rate.
@ Sacs
You might have something there But Survivor only ever gets around 500,000 at 9.30 and would not attract all that much more this season in a 7.30 slot. I would start it next Tuesday at 9.30.
I agree that TBG and TAHM have to go by the wayside. TG brand is on the nose so not sure what to do with it.
I really can’t understand why Ten wont put ncis l.a after ncis! Everyone wants it, we all know it would rate better yet they don’t put it back!!
Bondi vet would be doing 800,000 plus if it started the season 8pm thursdays and bondi vet would have been doing the same if Ten just left their shows where they have been for yrs!
If Nein are serious, their new Tuesday line-up should be:
7.30 Survivor – new* episodes
8:30 Top Gear – new* episodes
9:30 anything but TBBT, 2BG or 2AAHM.
*(at least 6 weeks old anyway)
Wow Rafters ratings increased again, 5 weeks in a row!
The Season 4 finale next week and the hint of new charatcers Brooke Stachwell and Cameron Daddo in the next season, means it is building viewers again.
7 being faithful in its storytelling and programming is helping. Will it be taken off for Easter non ratings?
I had a look at 2 Broke Girls for the first time last night, to watch during dinner as a change from Family Guy. I lasted less than 15 mins. It was horrible. The dialogue was really forced and the acting was way too cheesy. I actually ate my dinner faster so I could turn it off and get back on the net while I waited for Dexter.
Nine’s Tuesdays suck. Double episodes of ho-hum unfunny American comedies, Top Gear which has clearly lost favour with viewers and a repeat of has-been chef Gordon Ramsay. Onya Nine!
What’s 9 got up their sleeve to replace 2 Broke Girls within 2 weeks…?
hahaha
sucked in 9
was funny to see them tweeting like crazy for 2 Broke Girls last night!
I’m sure they have me blocked, cos I said… might as well try tweeting about your shows, cos no one is watching to see the adverts
The stellar ratings for MKR will definitely hurt Masterchef when it returns.
Good to see NCIS rate over 1m again – but Ten is really pushing it with repeats directly after it – and again on Wednesday nights.
Viewers want continuity with their programming – and that is what usually rates well.
TEN finally has a decent Tuesday..
Nine on the other hand? I guess it’s back to the drawing board.
Go 7!
