  1. @Jason D- If you are in NSW donate direct to The Sydney Children’s Hospital (donation page on their website) or The Royal Children’s Hospital, Brisbane, if in Qld. Other states have similar who would appreciate donations. Can’t imagine many would donate to an interstate hospital.
Wonder if Clive Palmer and others who donate so hugely to political parties are so generous towards the children’s hospitals. I would be delighted to be corrected on this.

  2. GFA is Victoria only because the majority of kids who are treated there are Victorian. I’m sure they do get kids with rare diseases or disorders from other states but ultimately if a child from another state gets ill they’re probably not going to wind up at RCH. Plus I like the idea that its a celebration of our state, especially the country areas.

  3. The GFA is a tentpole for 7. Its great how they can pull out their stable of stars and show them off. They are the only network that can do that…who would the rest roll out?

Loved how KAK gave a few kick in the guts .. saying she hasnt seen anything like it at her previous network.

7 wont just win this year but they will win the next 5 years at least.

Larry Edmur also is a star…wow hasnt his career progessed only 4-5 years ago he was hosting a show about celebrity dogs LOL

  4. There are a lot of Australians who used to live in Victoria, or even those who would donate anyway from other states. If they broadcast it nationwide, the figure would certainly be much higher. Who doesn’t wan’t to donate to a children’s hospital anyway. It’s much better than those so called charities that have political interests or those who use most of the money to pay for frivolous admin costs and commissions.
