    @davidknox – thanks for that.

@ryan – I agree. It is a lot of fun, still a bit rough round the edges, but very enjoyable. All four on the presenting team are great, they work in really well together. Ten should keep it, I hope. I read an interview with Amanda this week and she said they were told the show would run to at least the end of this year.

  3. idiotbox May 26, 2012 at 4:58 pm -

Absolutely loved Shaun Micallef Mad as Hell last night. I haven’t laughed like that in ages. I hope the ABC keep this on for a long long long time

  4. ryan May 26, 2012 at 2:36 pm -

I hope Ten are going to keep the living room cause i really like it! Very laid back entertaining tv
On another note, great to see Kim watking on tv today! Ten need to give her more projects cause she is dam good at what she does!

  5. D@GP May 26, 2012 at 2:12 pm -

Mad Mad Mad Mad about Micallef’s new show Mad As Hell (a reboot of Newstopia and twice as appealing.)

Thank you ABC for this gem of comedy – please keep it running at least two seasons a year.

We both haven’t laughed out loud at a TV show for ages, as we did last night.

    Brilliant. Just brilliant…

  6. jezza the first original one May 26, 2012 at 1:16 pm -

Has The Voice and SOO given 9 an unbeatable lead this week? or are 7 still in with a chance?

  7. karebear May 26, 2012 at 12:54 pm -

Really enjoyed Shaun Micallef’s “Mad as Hell” last night. Genuine laughs.

  8. karebear May 26, 2012 at 12:53 pm -

Really enjoyed Shaun Micallef’s “Mad as Hell” last night. Genuine laughs!

  9. TM May 26, 2012 at 12:26 pm -

Interesting that Micallef is on a Friday night. I like that it is, I found it a nice way to kick back on a Friday night, but at 664K it outrates all the comedies on ABC’s traditional comedy night of Wednesday. If they played it there instead the others might pick up.

  10. David Knox May 26, 2012 at 12:09 pm -

    442,000.

  11. The Moops May 26, 2012 at 12:08 pm -

What did The Living Room rate? It is quite a good show in a thankless timeslot, which is a shame.

  12. David Knox May 26, 2012 at 11:04 am -

Eurovision Song Contest: Semi Final One: 438,000.
The Road to Eurovision with Julia Zemiro: 289,000.
