Actor Matthew Fox was arrested in Oregon on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to reports today.

The former Lost actor was traveling with an unidentified passenger early on Friday morning, apparently seeking a late-night snack, but wound up in police custody.

He was later released.

This isn’t his first run-in with the law. In August he was detained by police after trying to board a bus in Cleveland, which ended in a scuffle with the female driver and a civil suit.

After a review of the facts authorities decided not to proceed with charges.
