Returning: Happy Endings

By David Knox on May 21, 2012 / Filed Under Programming 6

US comedy Happy Endings will return to Seven next week.

It’s back at 11pm Wednesday May 30th following a repeat of How I Met Your Mother at 10:30pm.

“Makin’ Changes!”
Jane convinces Penny to stop changing herself for every guy she dates and instead to change the guy to suit her needs. Penny’s first experiment is Jeff, a slacker who is 30 going on 20. Meanwhile, when Brad overhears Jane bragging to Penny about how she completely made him over after they met, he rebels, and starts walking, talking and dressing like his college- era self. And Alex and Max stage an ‘in-T-vention’ to stop Dave from his obsession with v-necked T-shirts.

I noticed in my guide today that Seven have quietly slotted the new season of Parks and Recreation in at 11.30pm on Wednesday nights starting this week

They shove HIMYM around anyways, why not just let the first run episode go first and see how it goes. They truly do not give any of these shows enough respect, HIMYM is a very popular show but most people I know have given up on 7 and just found other means to watch, Happy Endings is renewed for a second season, but we’ll probably be viewing it at midnight by then!

Why do the have to keep mucking around with the timeslots and days for the brilliant comedies like Happy Endings and 30 Rock?

Wish it was new HIMYM and repeat Happy Endings as it is a far better sitcom. Hopefully there is news in the coming weeks as it is incredibly hard to wear blinkers on the internet when it comes to season finale bomb shells!
