The Block sets inspections dates

The Block will be open for inspection on Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17 with a grand finale auction on June 30 according to The Age.

About 25,000 fans turned up in Richmond for the first open in last year’s series, followed by another 10,000 people on the second day.

This time the properties are on a higher profile street, at the corner of Dorcas and Montague streets in South Melbourne, so they could attract even bigger crowds. You can already see completed exteriors if you travel past.

Having been inside all 4 properties I was impressed at how well they had used the spaces. Not so sure about car parking though…

The asking prices of the properties is expected to range from $1 million to more than $1.2 million.
