Jack Osborne diagnosed with multiple sclerosis

The son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has revealed he has been diagnosed with MS.

26-year-old Jack Osborne, the son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, has revealed he has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Osborne, who appeared in The Osbornes and Jack Osborne: Celebrity Adreneline Junkie, was found to have the incurable autoimmune disease after a frightening spell in which he lost 60% of the vision in his right eye.

“While I was waiting for the final results, I got really, really angry,” he said.

“Then I got really sad for about two days, and after that I realised, being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point – if anything it’s only going to make it worse.

“‘Adapt and overcome’ is my new motto.”

The news comes just two weeks after he and fiancée Lisa Stelly welcomed daughter Pearl Clementine Osbourne.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are reportedly still struggling to come to terms with their son’s condition.

Multiple sclerosis is a disease that affects the central nervous system – the brain and spinal cord – and can cause problems with muscle control and strength, vision, balance, feeling, and thinking.

It is unclear what stage Osbourne’s MS has reached.

  1. There just seems to be and more MS diagnosis each year.

I’m a MS sufferer and its not at all easy trying to deal with the potentials when there is no real idea how it will progress.

Good luck to Jack – I’m sure his family will support him through it all.
