Seven steps up Bieber fever

Justin Bieber-fever hits Seven with appearances on Today Tonight, Sunrise and Australia's Got Talent.

Justin Bieber-fever hits Seven from tonight.

The Canadian popster will appear in no less than three shows on the network, starting with an interview this evening on Today Tonight. Matt White interviews Bieber from 6:30pm.

Tomorrow morning he returns to Sunrise for a live concert, performing three songs at Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. After 2010’s stampede organisers have stepped up security and safety measures. It is believed to be the show’s most expensive concert so far costing hundreds of thousands of dollars, with talk of 15 cameras, 35 security guards, 30 police and 8 First Aid officers.

This is a ticketed event and those without tix have been advised not to come. Kids under 12 require a parent.

Finally he ends on Australia’s Got Talent tomorrow night, in an appearance that was recorded at Docklands in Melbourne yesterday.

  1. Prediction: Seven’s advice concerning Bieber live concert at Circular Quay will probably be ignored by fans.

If I were Sunrise, I’d be preparing to have much more people than the ticket winners, at this event tomorrow.

  2. Will not be watching. AFL 360/Insider for me. Revalent footy news. For Sunrise, 10 seconds on Chris Judd and devote the entire programming on Justin Bieber.
