This is the fourth time the annual survey has been conducted.
Which network is the most trustworthy? Which is the most reliable for starting on time?
Which Guide do you prefer? Newspaper, online, on-screen EPG?
How important is fast-tracking, keeping credits at the end of movies, playing sport live, merging public broadcasters, having more packaging options in Pay TV, upgrading IQ features?
New questions this year include IPTV and Second Screen -are you multitasking while you watch? If so on what device, and how often?

David,I’m very new to technology.Your site is the first time I have ever commented on anything.The only technology I have is my digital tv and my mobile phone.Problem is my phone doesn’t seem to want to get me past page one or two of the survey,I’ve been trying.I hope I can sort this out,because I’d really like to be a part of it.
