Rove McManus returns with the second season of his chat show, Rove LA, on FOX8 later this month.
Rove LA returns- a weekly one hour comedy talk show with Rove hanging out on a couch with Hollywood’s hottest celebrity guests and this season will see Rove pulling in even more star power than last season, those including Pink, Justin Timberlake, Hugh Jackman, Steve Carell, Eva Longoria, k.d Lang and LL Cool J. Each week three celebrities join Rove on the couch stop by for an informal gathering of unscripted chat and drinks with Rove mixing it up as only he can with his distinctive Australian humour. Rove continues to explore the wonderful strangeness of Hollywood by hitting the streets of LA, meeting the people who unintentionally make us laugh.

Arent those all the guests he had for season 1? So hes just getting the same people again?
btw you can buy the DVD of S1 pretty soon.
I mostly like the first season, apart from the ‘aussie’ gags and I’m not usually a fan of talk shows that have all the guests on at once. I prefer the one on one interviews.
His Show is great.I am not a fan of the View/The Circle type of formats with Talk Shows and currently Rove Aside It’s UP to the likes of Ellen De Generes to provide us with a decent talk/chat show.

I’ve never been a huge Rove fan but enjoyed the first season of this show, especially when the guests were firing. Some of it was a bit lame, such as the postcard to his mum, so hopefully they continue to tweak the format.
I generally enjoyed this after not being a fan of Rove in his Aus show.
Needs to just be a big free form. Sometimes he seemed to cut guests stories off by trying to stick too much to the planned script of the interviews.
Or would do some lame gags ect.
