Next week FOX8 will premiere US comedy Bunheads, a slang term for ballerinas, starring Broadway star Sutton Foster.
The show has had good reviews since it premiered in the US in June on ABC Family.
Bunheads is the tale of a Las Vegas showgirl, who impulsively marries a man, moves to his sleepy coastal town and takes an uneasy role at her new mother-in-law’s dance school. Michelle Simms is a ballerina turned Las Vegas showgirl. Feeling her career and life is in a rut, she accepts a marriage proposal from a kind admirer and moves to a small and sleepy town. There she takes a job at her mother-in-law’s dance school, but things don’t always run smoothly.

I enjoyed Gilmore Girls, so am happy to give this one a go. It looks like fun!
I’m a fan of most ABC Family series (Secret Life, Make It Or Break It, Greek, 10 Things I Hate About You, & Kyle XY) so I’ll definitely be giving this one a go.
David Dec 12th is a Wednesday, plus I’m sure Fox8 promos has this from Monday Dec 3rd?
This is a nice show and while it revolves around a dance studio that’s not the focus of the whole show. Well worth the watch for any Gilmore Girls fan.
