We’re never gonna give up our love of 1980s pop and who better to help us celebrate it than Rick Astley. In support of his first Australian tour in over two decades, Monday night sees him join us at the desk. Bring on the rick-rolling and internet memes.
It is a big week for The Project’s sport fans this week, as Lleyton Hewitt is with us Monday, Alan Border medalist and former Australian cricketer of the year Brett Lee joins us Wednesday, and AFL star Daisy Thomas and NRL champ Billy Slater on Thursday. Following him is Ben Elton at the desk chatting about his latest book, Two Brothers.
Sophie Monk co-hosts Friday’s show, when we chat with none other than Russell Brand and Naomi Watts. Plus, the 1980s music love continues with Men At Work frontman Colin Hay.

Just saw an ad on Ten (during Letterman) that The Project starts at 6:30pm. Any idea what is going in the 6pm slot? Neighbours maybe.
