A reader pointed out a little EPG humour from TEN last night during Hawaii Five-0.
The synopsis simply said, “This episode is so fresh off the satellite, we’re still to know what’s in it!”
Cute.

As with previous comments I’m surprised that no-one at Ten had the foresight to check the internet for a write-up, they must be the only people in TV to not have heard of (or use) the IMDB!
I suspect that they did have a fair idea of the plot though, but just did this with tongues very much in their cheeks…
I’ve seen this before – something similar was on a couple of SVU episodes eg
http://tvtonight.com.au/wp-content/uploads/TEN-Nov-25.pdf, Thu 8:30pm:
“Tonight’s new episode is so seriously fast tracked, this week’s episode details are still under investigation and remain top secret.”
and then that episode was replaced with a repeat….
And now we know why ch10 is going down hill. They cant even get that right. lol
So nobody at Channel 10 has heard of tv.com?
.tv.com/shows/hawaii-five-0/episodes/
As Buzz mentioned (:)), it’s hardly that hot off the presses. It does highlight how much effort 10 put into their business however.
Qubec beat me to it. This ep is a week old. So, it’s amusing but not true. If someone in their programming dept can’t find a synopsis, it might go some way to explaining their programming decisions of the last few months.
Hello, my name is Buzz Killington. The episode aired on Dec 3 in America, plenty of time to get the synopsis:
The team has to tackle two cases simultaneously: Danny is assigned to investigate a stalker after one of the lingerie models at a Victoria’s Secret event receives a threatening letter, while McGarrett, Chin Ho and Kono investigate a bank robbery where the amount of money robbed was rather small and later fully recovered. Max goes out on a date under very unique circumstances.
Nonetheless, very funny
lol … that’s better than just leaving the synopsis blank like most usually do
