Good news for Amazing Race fans with the show to have a double episode at 9:30pm next Monday night.

“Fishy Kiss / Not A Well-Rounded Athlete”
As the teams arrive in Amsterdam, they come face-to-face with a game-changing double U-Turn and encounter one of the show’s most infamous challenges in this season’s ‘Switchback.’

Then there is a two hour finale at 9:30pm Monday December 17.

  1. @Nik C – The next US season contestants travelled through Melbourne and Perth airport only to get to Indonesia. Its a shame they didn’t stop for longer.

  2. @Guy, I hope The Amazing Race Australia will be back next year as well, but if there was going to be a 3rd season, usually they would have already started filming for the season around this time of the year. Seven have been silent if there is going to be a 3rd season. I have a feeling the show will be replaced by The Mole.

  3. I am grateful it had been reasonably well fast tracked! I think the week off wasn’t needed, but I am glad we still get it all before Christmas 🙂
    Any word of the next US season did any arrive in Australia?

  4. I know this might sound like a broken record but is there any word on the Australian version for next year? I would be really annoyed if Seven cancels it.

    Regarding this, great news. At least we get it hours after US which is something i like from networks regarding reality shows and would love it with other shows to but what do you do.

  6. Only problem with that is I just read a Tweet from the Amazing Race saying the finale is next Mon 9 Dec. So we will be getting it a week later. Stupid ch 7 should have played a double ep last Monday and shown the finale next Monday.
