Airdate: The Mindy Project
Here's a premise that sounds like it has ripped its idea straight from Offspring.

Next Monday Seven will air comedy series The Mindy Project which is supposedly the first U.S. television series starring an Indian-American as the series lead.
That would be Mindy Kaling (The Office), also the series creator, as obstetrician who, despite having a successful career, is unlucky in love and desperately needs to get her personal life back on track (Offspring anyone?).
FOX has approved the show to a full series.
It premieres 9:30pm Monday January 28th but a week later shifts to two episodes at 10:15 and 10:45.
When we first see Dr. Mindy Lahiri, she is drunk and disorderly after delivering an epic toast at her ex-boyfriend’s wedding. But the incident is a rude awakening and this hopeless romantic vows to make some drastic changes to get her personal and professional life back on track.

I loved Mindy as Kelly, the gossipy customer service girl on The Office and she also wrote some great episodes on The Office.
Will give this a go (epically since its after MKR)
I’ve seen 6 eps & have to say I’ve really enjoyed it. Not a perfect show but Mindy Kaling is a fantastic comedic actress & writer so it still holds up.
Same. Just not funny enough
Wanted to like it, but didn’t bother after episode one. The only new comedy this season I wanted to watch was cancelled, Partners. I hope like in South Africa, Channel Nine still show the series, even the episodes that did not air on CBS.
