ADG Awards 2013: applications closing

Entries for the Australian Directors Guild Awards will close on February 15

2013-02-13_0146Entries for the Australian Directors Guild Awards will close on February 15.

To be eligible for the Awards, all work must have screened publically for the first time between July 1, 2011 and December 31st, 2012, except for student films where the project needs only to have been completed within these dates.

Executive Director of the Australian Directors’ Guild, Kingston Anderson, said: “Our 30th anniversary Awards last year was a great night and we’re planning to make the 2013 event a night to remember, which celebrates and applauds the achievements of our directing colleagues.”

The 18 categories in the 2012 ADG Awards are:

5. Documentary Feature
6. Documentary Series
7. TV Drama Series
8. TV Mini Series
9. TV Drama Serial
10. TV Comedy
11. TV Reality / light entertainment

15. TVC
16. Short film
17. Music video
18. Student
