Airdate: 55th Grammy Awards

Next week FOX8 will screen the 55th Grammy Awards Live to Australia.

Hosted for the second time by LL Cool J, it will include performances by Justin Timberlake, Blackeyed Peas, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Elton John & more.

Music’s biggest night, the 55th Annual Grammy Awards, will be broadcast Live from Los Angeles’ Staples Centre on Monday, February 11 at 12.00pm AEDT on FOX8.

Hosted by two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J, the event is sure not to disappoint music lovers with performances by Black Keys, Fun., Mumford & Sons, Rihanna, Frank Ocean, Taylor Swift, Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert, the Lumineers, Carrie Underwood and Jack White.

In a major coup for this year’s awards, Justin Timberlake will make his first live TV music performance in seven years. In addition, Elton John and current nominee Ed Sheeran will perform live together for the first time, and fourteen-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys and current nominees Maroon 5 will also join together for a special performance.

Current Grammy nominees Carly Rae Jepsen and Katy Perry, as well as actors Kaley Cuoco and Neil Patrick Harris, five-time Grammy winner Faith Hill, three-time Grammy winner Tim McGraw, and four-time Grammy winner Keith Urban will appear as presenters.

Fun. and Mumford & Sons are two of six artists this year who lead with six nominations each; two-time Grammy winners the Black Keys have five nominations; and five-time Grammy winner Rihanna and six-time Grammy winner Swift each have three nominations.
