UK Reality series, Geordie Shore, is set to film its entire sixth season in Australia later this year.
The MTV show, a UK adaptation of Jersey Shore, will bring its cast down under to ‘tash on’, ‘get mortal’, ‘bosh’, ‘hook up with worldies’ and ‘get on it till we vomit.’ Lovely….
The show is both the highest rating television series in MTV UK history and the number one show on MTV in Australia & New Zealand.
“Filming down under is going to be amazing! Just like filming in Newcastle but with a constant tan and a load of Shrimps!” said cast member Charlotte-Letitia Crosby.
Vicky Pattison added, “I’m so excited to be hitting Australia with the rest of the cast of Geordie Shore! No doubt we will cause some mayhem down under and show the Aussies just how to party!!”
You have been warned.
Season 5 premiere on MTV tonight at 8:30pm as the cast travel far and wide to work for Boss Anna’s new business and work as reps at Stag and Hen parties.

Interesting- it’s the number one show on Australian MTV. Assuming that there’s precious little difference between the Shire and the Geordie Shore, why is it that FTA rejected the Shire and yet the Geordie Shore is a success on Pay?
