Gotye and Kimbra win Record of the Year

Gotye and Kimbra are cleaning up at the Grammy Awards in LA having won Record of the Year, for Somebody That I Used to Know.

Gotye and Kimbra were presented their award by Prince, both of whom thanked him for his inspiration.

They also won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Gotye’s Making Mirrors album won Best Alternative Music.

Belgian-born Gotye moved to Australia when he was two and recorded his album at his parents’ house on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Grammy Awards are repeated tonight on Channel [V].
