Artist wins STUDIO promo contest

Arts channel STUDIO recently asked artists and designers from around the country to submit their concepts for new channel promos.

Four finalists were chosen and awarded $1,000, and then worked with STUDIO to create their pieces.

The winner was Glass Animation by Thom Fraser, who picks up a $10,000 prize and will have a his work displayed on a Sydney billboard from mid-March.
