2 Comments:

  1. Does the fact that Grey’s Anatomy loses over half of Revenge’s audience matter? The fact that Revenge started in Brisbane at the late time of 9pm and therefore the following drama airs at the unfriendly time of 10pm. I remember the good old days when you could watch two good dramas between 8:30 and 10:30. Seriously 9-11pm is significantly different, for those that work.

The fact that networks can choose when to air most of their adverts in the peak 6-9pm, means that the late timeslot is becoming more irrelevant as networks appear to not care about viewer habits. My main gripe is that I rely heavily on my PVR and even allowing 20 minutes leeway is never enough. I have to choose what shows I watch factoring in the variable start and finish times and not recording some shows because it might clash with two already programmed to run over the scheduled time.
Seriously I wish the ACMA could address this!

  2. I would think Helen Kapalos days are numbered as host of TT. Numbers in Sydney are woeful.

I think either Seven or Nine should bite the bullet and incorporate some current affairs type stories into a one hour news bulletin.
