The Morning Show‘s Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies will host Celebrity Splash according to media reports.
News Limited claims the pair will host the new entertainment show which sees various stars diving in front of judges and a poolside audience.
Seven is yet to confirm hosts, judges or diving mentor for the show which includes divers such as Denise Drysdale, Josh Thomas, Brynne Edelsten and Nick Bracks.
TV Tonight also understands that despite early promos promising a “Live” show, Seven has altered its schedule and will now be pre-recording most of the shows. There are whispers of a Live grand final.
The first recording in Sydney takes place on Sunday April 28th.
Seven is yet to return calls.

Reality shows are so popular at present, I will watch this in the beginning to see what it is like and hope I am not disappointed, I think its great that some people will have a go at different things and can laugh at themselves, true ozzie people.

I hope Kylie wears a skimpy swim suit to present this show
This premiered to okay numbers for ABC in the US.
By week 2 it shed half it’s aud.
By week 3 about 60% of it’s aud.
Expect the same for Seven.

Honestly….I cannot see why anyone would want to watch this?!?….but then I did not think much of MKR….so what do I know…..
There sure are some negative people around here. Open you’re minds people and maybe a show like this might provide some entertainment.

They’re TV presenters, who currently host an infomercial filled morning show, getting a primetime gig.
Good on them.
The stench that’s been emanating from this show since it was first announced, has just got even stronger.
Talk about selling yourself – and your credibility – out!
Larry and Kylie are the perfect hosts for this – they will put their winning successful stamp on it. Don’t forget the chemistry they already have.

Love this. If true i’m predicting right now they’ll both end up in the pool at some point. Probably pushed in by the other.
I hope Matthew Mitcham is the diving mentor, like Tom Daley is in the UK. He’s perfect for it.
Presumably they are recording it to “tighten” it up?? Sounds ridiculous, but I might just give it a look.
It will be great to see Kylie and Larry in primetime.

Maybe they should move it to 7Two or 7 Mate already as I know I won’t be watching just because of seeing the ad for it every ad break in MKR.
Whether that they’ll be any Football divers featured in the show?

I will definately not be watching if these 2 are the hosts. the whole premise reeks of desperation (from Seven & the so called celebrities).
Seven mustn’t have much faith if it is not going live.

Wait they are promoting this show but still haven’t said who the hosts will be?
I know this was a hit in the US, well a hit for NBC but I really hop it belly flops here. What else with networks come up with and pass off as entertainment?
