It’s nice to see my kitchen rules is actually beatable in the ratings department! The voice’s numbers may not be as big as last year but it’s got more tougher competition this year but good to see its still coming out on top! As for all the hate for delta I can’t understand why people think she’s fake and constantly bag her out but she’s just enthusiastic and passionate person who is an excellent performer and song writer and who gets a lot of Flack from the media and Australian public. People misunderstand her I think.

  2. David Knox April 9, 2013 at 5:30 pm -

Seven is not splitting Downton Abbey. NBC distributors did this for the international market. Not the first time it’s happened.

  3. Maev....Sydney April 8, 2013 at 6:54 pm -

I am not sure SBS2 is doing quite what they hoped?!?

  4. bettestreep2008 April 8, 2013 at 10:35 am -

I’m surprised Ten did so well as well.

I guess there is some hope for TBL up against TV and MKR.

  5. simmo3 April 8, 2013 at 10:22 am -

The biggest show off on TV (Delta Goodrem) turned me off the voice last year and I won’t be returning to it until she is no longer on it.

  6. Pertinax April 8, 2013 at 9:58 am -

Will be interesting to see how much The Voice can boost 60 Minutes and The Mentalist next Sunday. They weren’t rating well before Easter.

Channel 7 are splitting the Downton Abbey Christmas special into two bits and launching Mrs Biggs off the back of it. The Christmas special has a change of setting and was up against other Christmas specials in the UK, and it didn’t rate that well.

  7. andrewg76 April 8, 2013 at 9:26 am -

Considering TBL had the last part of The Voice and MKR against it, it still did quite well

  8. Aaliyah April 8, 2013 at 9:22 am -

Ha! Seven putting MKR on for another 3 weeks was a good idea. They’re stopping The Voice from reaching the 2 million mark.
