Lyn – NCIS have improved some this season. The fan base is definitely still there. A lot to complete with in their 10th year. Season 11 starts in September. Overall consolidated ratings have gone up.
The highest rating episodes so far this season are:
    (4) Lost at Sea: 1.248 million
    (13) Hit and Run: 1.226 million
    (12) Shiva: 1.188 million
    (1) Extreme Prejudice: 1.181 million
    (15) Hereafter is the lowest with: 1.034 million.
They use to get these just in Metro consolidated numbers up till mid season 9.
    (17) Prime Suspect is on 1.035 million and this is preliminary not consolidated numbers.

  2. Lyn May 8, 2013 at 2:02 pm -

So good to see “NCIS” doing well again!
876,000 is slowly getting back to what they were
(before Ch 10 tried moved it).

I think there’s only a few episodes left of S10.
So, I pray Ch 10 leaves it alone!

  3. methix May 8, 2013 at 11:58 am -

@Secret Squirrel im pritty sure more than 1908 people where watching in the overun as it was the end of the voice id say between 50-200k people so the voice will adjust up.

  4. glennc May 8, 2013 at 11:39 am -

@GG Check your tv guide. Mine says The Voice is on Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat.
We all know Wed is wrong, but yet it appears week after week.
It overruns every single night there’s a new episode.
The Voice might get big numbers but, personally, the only night I now watch 9 is Thurs when The Voice isn’t there.

  5. Secret Squirrel May 8, 2013 at 11:34 am -

@methix – only if an average of more than 1,908k watched during the over-run. Otherwise both sets of numbers will be revised down.

  6. emurray May 8, 2013 at 10:51 am -

Am a little bit surprised House of Cards didn’t make top 20 for pay tv … Absolutely top drawer tv … But was hoping they would use the music of the original

  7. GG May 8, 2013 at 10:13 am -

I think @bettestreep2008 should check both their clock and program guide.

The Voice doesn’t run over two hours every night it is scheduled, and it’s certainly not on six nights a week!

  8. tricks May 8, 2013 at 10:10 am -

Thanks for pointing that out David, I remember checking my EPG last night and seeing the voice listed to finish at 8:11 and Celebrity Apprentice to start at 8:20 and thinking… hold on.. what’s happening in the 9 minutes in between?

  9. methix May 8, 2013 at 9:50 am -

I thought that was a little low for that ep last night since it was so good.

  10. methix May 8, 2013 at 9:49 am -

So the voice will be adjusted up?

  11. bettestreep2008 May 8, 2013 at 9:45 am -

    Thanks David.

I kinda guessed that – The Voice is one of the worst over-run offenders on TV at the moment.

How so many viewers can be glued to this show for over 2 hours every night 6 nights a week is mind boggling.

  12. David Knox May 8, 2013 at 9:22 am -

Celeb Apprentice Challenge numbers are overrun of The Voice and will need to be adjusted.
