The Project: June 24 – 28

The Project talks to Superman, stars of The Dome and Beyoncé.

2013-06-23_0021Guests this week on The Project include Henry Cavill, Rachelle Lefevre, Dean Norris, and Beyoncé (not so sure if any of these are actually in studio!).

Join us on Monday when we talk Lycra and kryptonite with Hollywood’s hottest star Henry Cavill, who has taken on the challenging role of Clark Kent in the Superman reboot, Man of Steel. We also get the inside scoop on the practice called family balancing, where couples can undergo expensive IVF procedures to select the sex of their babies.

On Tuesday, we cross to the stars of Steven Spielberg’s new drama Under The Dome, Rachelle Lefevre and Dean Norris. Based on Stephen King’s bestselling 2009 novel, Under The Dome is a psychological drama about a town trapped under an impenetrable dome. The series premieres on TEN just hours behind the U.S. on Tuesday, June 25, at 8.30pm.

For 30 years, Delta Downs, a massive cattle station in North Queensland has been the most successful indigenous owned and managed business in the country, but its future is now at risk. On Tuesday we look at how the drought, live export band and disease, has driven this business to the point of going broke.

Things get bootylicious on Thursday when superstar Beyoncé Knowles sits down with Myf Warhurst to talk about her latest feature film, Epic, a family-friendly animated fantasy tale in which Beyoncé provides the voice of Queen Tara.

It’s all gone to the dogs on Friday, when we meet Peter and Janet Flann who run Greyhound Rescue, a not-for-profit organisation that rescues and finds new homes for greyhounds no longer wanted by the racing industry.

6:30pm weeknights on TEN.
