US sci-fi series Falling Skies has been renewed for a fourth season.
The drama from Dreamworks will have another 10 episodes in 2014.
In the US this season has been cable’s No. 1 scripted series among adults 18-49 and 25-54, averaging 5.8m viewers with PVR viewings.
It’s more good news for Steven Spielberg following the strong debut of Under the Dome, especially after Smash was concluded.
Season Three is currently airing in Australia on FOX8.

Good would prefer quality over quantity – which is something i think the yanks are starting to learn.
Cool, just a pity we have but 10 eps a year, means a 42 week wait for more when S3 ends.
