ABC News Breakfast will air the first of four special broadcasts during the Federal Election campaign next Monday.
Michael Rowland will co-host the program live from Penrith, in the electorate of Lindsay.
ABC News Breakfast will examine the issues affecting voters in Western Sydney – a region considered crucial to the outcome of the federal election.
Michael will speak to the Assistant Treasurer and current Member for Lindsay, David Bradbury as well as Liberal candidate Fiona Scott.
We will also be joined by the Mayor of Penrith City Council, Councillor Mark Davies and local business representatives.
ABC News Breakfast will gauge the views of a wide variety of people about issues like jobs, asylum seekers and the economy.
We will broadcast from 6am-9:30pm AEST on ABC1 and ABC News 24.
