2013-09-13_1704National Geographic has released a pretty stylish trailer for Killing Kennedy, the drama starring Rob Lowe that will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the assassination.

It also stars Will Rothhaar as Lee Harvey Oswald, with Michelle Trachtenberg as Marina Oswald and Ginnifer Goodwin as Jackie Kennedy.

Produced by Ridley Scott and based on the best-selling book by Bill O’Reilly, Killing Kennedy takes audiences deeper inside the story than ever before, examining the events that led both men to that one dramatic moment in Dallas on that fateful day in November 1963.

Directed by Nelson McCormick (The West Wing, ER & The Good Wife), with a teleplay by award-winning playwright and screenwriter Kelly Masterson, the stellar cast also includes Jack Noseworthy (Robert F. Kennedy), Francis Guinan (Lyndon B. Johnson) and Richard Flood (Kenneth O’Donnell).
