Seven premieres US alien comedy The Neighbors next week.
Updated: The 2012 series from Dan Fogelman (Cars, Tangled, Crazy, Stupid, Love) kicks off at 7pm Saturday September 28:Â “Meet the Neighbors”.
Marty Weaver (Lenny Venito) just wants the best for his wife, Debbie (Jami Gertz), and their three kids. That’s why he’s moving them to Hidden Hills, New Jersey, a gated community complete with its own golf course. Marty is certain that their new home will be a dream come true. And then, they meet the neighbors. . . . aliens from the planet Zabvron — and the Weavers are the first humans they’ve ever met.
The series has a second season airing in the US soon.

Yeah this was the strangest renewal decision. Watched the first 2 eps and it was very silly, has a few moments but didn’t think it deserved season 2.
in the promos, 7 have changed the title and added in a U, so it isn’t american spelling.
This is a terribe program, I would suggest if i didn’t follow Modern Family in the US, it would have sunk without a trace.
I remember watching the first few episodes when they came out, I enjoyed them but it was never a show where I thought I had to watch. Kinda forgot about it until I saw the seven promos.
Is this a kids show? It looks very silly!
Very odd time slot when the following week it is basically a filler between the news and a movie. It wonn’t be grabbing viewers there. Its not a good show anyway, best move it to 7Mate.
Even on a Saturday, I doubt this will last long in prime time.
