    Yeah Big Brother has been great the last week and last nights eviction was great I can’t stand Tully but her meltdowns are entertaining plus Tim is hilarious.

  2. Cam Reed September 3, 2013 at 3:26 pm -

    Totally agree @Josh4u92, if the viewers can keep voting as they are the series could be real good in a couple of weeks. The longer Tim, Mikklaya, Tahan and Heidi hang around the better, I am at odds with Tully staying on the one hand it would be great, on the other her going could see Drew open up more (like when him and Tim get together). Of course Jade would also have to go to free Drew up as well, between Ben and Katie/Lucy wouldn’t mind either staying for a bit either, as long as Matt, Ed and Jade go soon (they’re just dull too watch).

  3. Josh4u92 September 3, 2013 at 2:45 pm -

    Big brother was great Last night. A shock eviction of one of the house’s most popular housemates really shook things up. The house’s biggest player Tim lived to fight another day and probably the most hated housemate this series ‘Tully’ once again didnt go home, shocking not only herself and those in the house but everybody that watched it. If big brother could stay this exciting more often it would get the higher number of viewers it needs.

  4. Dr_Rudi September 3, 2013 at 10:45 am -

    @smit0847,

    #qanda won’t rate because the election is a foregone conclusion and the general public don’t care. Plus, it’s on the ABC.

  5. bettestreep2008 September 3, 2013 at 10:34 am -

    BB’s figures were heaps better than what MCA got – and they renewed that next year. So I can’t see Nine ‘resting’ a show that is getting almost 1m every night. MCA would have died for those sort of ratings – even for it’s finale which just scraped over 1m.

    And I confess I watched BB and I actually enjoyed some parts of it. I especially like the way they reveal the contestants names and their ‘save’ percentages. Although I loved BB with Gretel – they never ‘revealed’ these sorts of figures.

    Now if we could only have a BB house full of politicians and see how many people are voting to ‘save’ them. That should be a hilarious show.

  6. David Knox September 3, 2013 at 10:22 am -

    Still too early for BB decision, but the focus is demos. Pleased to see decent character development now taking hold. Casting slowly beginning to pay off, and hopefully fewer silly antics used to prop up 90 minute episodes.

  7. smit0847 September 3, 2013 at 10:01 am -

    Another disastrous night for 10, with only 1 show in the Top 15. Q & A was outstanding last night – I don’t know why it isn’t rating higher given how close to the election we are.

    David, do you think BB will be rested next year because of the numbers its been receiving this year?
