GEM has been airing Australian films as part of it sponsorship of the Adelaide Film Festival, presented by AFF Festival Director Amanda Duthie.
So far it has screened Animal Kingdom and Lantana.
Two more films are set to screen:
High Country – starring John Waters and Terry Serio – Monday October 14 on GEM at Midday.
Cactus – starring Bryan Brown and Shane Jacobsen – Friday October 18 on GEM at Midday.

Thanks for the tip. I did not realise. I love Aussie movies and they are hard to come by. Then again, ‘High Country’ is a 1984 movie? and ‘Cactus’ from 2008. Would have preferred something more up to date….
