Big Brother finale now confirmed

The date of the Big Brother finale is now confirmed and already sold out.

2013-10-23_2342The date of the Big Brother finale is now confirmed as Wednesday November 6th.

Dreamworld has sold out of tickets for the event, which will be preceded by another eviction on Monday November 4th.

No surprises, Madaline was evicted last night.

“I did see this coming, of course I’m sad to leave but I’m not surprised,” she told Sonia.

“Jade’s been in there for a while… she’s a beautiful girl, so lovely… It’s a picture perfect romance with Ed, she’s interesting to watch and I can totally understand why people want to watch her.

The house is now down to 6 housemates: Boog, Drew, Ed, Jade, Tahan and Tim.

That means we’ll probably get a double eviction either next Wednesday or Monday 4th.

Tonight “loved ones” will enter the house and nominate on behalf of housemates.

Presumably former-intruder Boog will be the next to go. But anything is possible with this show. That’s kinda the point.

  1. Loving this week of BB 🙂
The freeze challenges were hilarious and tonights ep with the family members nominating was also very entertaining. Looks like Intruder ‘Boog’ along with Tahan have got a one way ticket through to the final week now. Really don’t think Boog will go on to win though. Tim or Tahan have by far been the biggest personalities this season and both have a big fan following and have the best chance of taking out the $250,000.
Can’t help but wonder what the house would be like if evicted fan favourite Ben was still in it though?
And i think it should return next year all going well! They should maybe even consider doing a All-Star Edition of past housemates??

  2. We always knew when the finale would happen – a day or so before the ratings end. Is there any truth in the story that Nine originally planned to end BB in late September but extended it until the silly season because they had no other youth demo programs and they needed those ratings to try and woo the Clearasil advertisers over summer?

  3. I didn’t see last season other than the first couple of weeks, but it was too kiddy friendly for me so I gave it a miss. I’ve enjoyed this season it seems to be a good mix, though personally I’d prefer more age diversification and not just a token 40 year old. That being said, it has become quite drawn out. The intruders weren’t needed and the winner probably should have been announced by nowish.

Tim will probably win, but I think ‘d prefer Tahan or Drew to take it out. I have enjoyed Tim, but he seems somewhat selfish and may not be the worthy winner I once felt he was.

  4. Have always been a fan of BB prob one of my best shows on tv, I think though BB needs to be much stricter the housemates seem to be getting away with alot & looks like their having a bit too much fun there needs to be a balance…just saying 🙂

  5. It’s a bit of a pity that Madaline left just as her personality was starting to come out i.e the seafood kissing challenge.I hope Jade goes before Ed so we don’t have to see all the crying!
@adzg I like your final three.

  6. And then hopefully this so called pathetic show with 15min wannabe nobody’s won’t come back next year..let’s hope channel stupid doesn’t waste money and time on it..

  7. Not sure why they are using similar aspects from last year eg. radio task, yes/no task/loved ones nominating and the freeze task being similar to the ignore task.

Either they have run out of ideas or these were the successful elements and that’ why they are using it again.

Much better people on than last year. If Josh had stayed last year Ben probably wouldn’t have won.
