CSI: New York is returning to Nine next week, but at the rather late time of 11pm Thursday October 17th.
It picks up from S8E15 “Kill Screen” which aired in the US in April 2012.
The CSIs investigate a murder that is linked to a competitive video-gaming tournament.
A ninth season of 17 episodes was the final, ending in the US in February.

Bloody Nine Network!
Thanks David. Will keep my eyes peeled for a new time slot.
David, do you have an update on CSI:NY? My EPG did show it at 11pm Thursday 17th Oct as you reported but now it doesn’t, nor does an online TV guide. I don’t want to miss it!
Not yet. Seems to be double Top Gear.
Yep, every time we got close to caught up, they took it off and didn’t air it for another year….
Just move it to Gem and show it on Saturdays instead of repeats.
Wow, we’re only a year and a half behind then. This show has been stuffed around by 9 from the beginning. They bring it back, show a few eps then take it off.
