  1. Why is it that all programs on 7 and 9 that rate well are regarded as rubbish, yet pure drivel like the Project and other channel 10 series are regarded as quality by many on this site?

With all due respect David your awards don’t always accurately reveal the true picture in relation to what most people are watching. The best programs are those that have the most viewers, therefore attracting more advertisers, not because a clique of Network 10 fan boys insist on pushing their biased agendas.

    1. Trev my site has never purported to reflect OzTAM panels which is why I distinguished that the show was popular with readers around here. But it does demonstrate how diverse audiences can be. I think your views on the show have been well expressed many times thx.

  2. @MJL – Ratings is irrelevant when talking about quality. Today Tonight and A Current Affair dominate that timeslot and I think you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who thinks they epitomise “quality”.

  3. MJL – I live in Queensland and I don’t find that it’s only about Melbourne. You don’t like it and that’s fine, but you have to admit that it has an audience. How many other shows on Ten pull those numbers on a nightly basis?

  4. The atrocious ratings it’s had since it started agree with me and that’s what counts. They should just show it in Melbourne seeing that’s all the show is ever about.

  5. @MJL Oh no they won’t. The Project is a great show to watch. They have good interviews and good analysis of the developing news. However the panel guests are yet to be decided.

  6. I really enjoy The Project – I would choose to watch it any day over ACA or TT.

Margot Robbie’s everywhere at the moment. There were whispers that she had a chance at an Oscar nomination. Although it didn’t happen this time around, it’s probably only a matter of time. She’s definitely one to watch and she’s making headlines for all the right reasons. Looking forward to seeing her interview (she’s always really natural in interviews).
