tfcTonight on SBS’ Thursday FC  is Central Coast Mariners’ Marcos Flores and music act Tokyo Denmark Sweden.

Appearing next week is footy fanatic Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson and on Thursday 6 February ‘WAGs’ Svenja Polenz and Linda Covffic offer their personal insights into the football world.

On the couch this week joining Marcos and the regular hosts Matt Okine and former Socceroo David Zdrilic will be Melbourne Victory’s Mark Milligan, former goalkeeper Zeljko “Spider” Kalac, new Jets coach Clayton Zane and Wellington Phoenix’s Stein Huysegems. The panel of experts – David, Mark, Marcos and Spider – will review all the latest A League news on and off the ground in a ‘controversy corner’ style segment which no football fan should miss. They will discuss the revolving door of A League coaches and Spider’s thoughts on the controversial concept of player rotation. Lucy Zelic will be crossing from Darling Harbour covering the Big Issue Street Football Festival. Pop sensation Tokyo Denmark Sweden will also be appearing to smash out a performance of one of their trademark indie dance hits.

Thursday FC is an exciting new live weekly football entertainment show combining the latest football news and views with entertainment, interviews and live performances. Each week will include a look at each of the upcoming A-League games for the round as well as special guests including players, celebrity tipping and live music acts, including its own house band, the new and energetic pop-rock group Cartoon.

Thursday at 8.30pm on SBS 2.
