  1. And if they think Modern Family at 6pm is going to do something they’re insane. That show is so hard to watch now because they show so many repeats. Can never tell what’s new and what’s old, until the show starts at least. Just doesn’t repeat well.

  2. Ten just don’t seem to market shows. Have never seen an ad for Wake Up during The Project, not even The Biggest Loser. It’s like they want it to crash and burn.

The Project’s numbers are bad, which is such a shame because the show’s so good. Such a tight production now. It’s such a shame they moved it around so much, but I’ll watch religiously until it (inevitably) gets axed.

  3. Ten don’t need to move the project they just need to cut it to 30 mins. You can tell watching it it’s strung out way too long with boring stories just to fill time.

  4. I can’t believe Sunrise still beat Today yesterday when Robbie Williams was on. Not much of a fan myself, but he seems to be pretty popular.

10 have some great shows coming up after the Olympics, hopefully some of them will get them out of the doldrums. Don’t think they can change the time of The Project, it’s been moved around too many times before.

  5. Ten has only itself to blame for its parlous position. Time after time I have written on this & other sites that the network will never recover until The Simpsons is taken off. It is a fact of TV life that old programs need to be removed to keep the station in front no matter how many complain. 9 did this with Young & Restless and Days Of Our Lives. I suggested this on mumBrella & someone named The Bear who worked at Ten said that every time Ten tried to move the show out of 6PM they were flooded with complaints. Ten needs to ignore the ’80s tragics, axe The Simpsons from *all* their channels & offer something new and popular.

  6. I can not wait till Ten announce a time slot change for the project. Every person on here has a solution it seems. I do wonder why there has been no change to the projects time slot…… yet. But please channel Ten make some sort of change soon, move it to bloody midnight for all I care I am just sick of reading about it.

  7. You would think that from some of the comments below, that TEN needs to be shut down! .What a poorer place we would be with a 7 & 9 duopoly! FTA needs competition not lack of. Hope what ever is going on at TEN is sorted out quick. I believe the stigma of the Murdoch family has a part in it. Maybe it is some grand plan by NEWS to run down the joint and take it over. whatever it is please get back in the competition and give us an alternative to the garbage that is currently rammed down out throats.

  8. The Checkout was great last night, think it’s actually improved a little bit. I’m also enjoying Rectify altho’ it’s a bit of a slow burn. I’m a bit peeved that SBS took a leaf out of Seven’s promo book and advertised last night’s ep using footage that wasn’t in it.

  9. With the ratings for Dynamo, I wonder if 7 have got the hint that the magic “craze” is over? But then again it is Thursday night and 7 have packed up for the week. They’ll be back on Sunday.

  10. The Biggest Loser is dead. Even on a less competitive night it still struggles to muster decent numbers. I doubt shifting to 7pm at this stage would help lift numbers.

  11. Sunrise had a ratings uplift when they ‘refreshed’ their female anchor, I wonder if it would continue if they ‘refreshed’ their male anchor too.

Kochie looks like Sam’s Dad. To have a financial planner interviewing teen pop stars is embarassing.

  12. I think 10’s problem is that they don’t market their product to the upteenth degree, unlike 7 who seem to advertise a lot on radio. I feel like every time I’m in the car driving home that all i hear is advertising for a 7 show and it sticks in your head once you’re home. There does not appear to be much advertising done for Wake Up, whether it is on 10 itself or on radio. Whereas 7 and 9 are constantly promoting Sunrise and Today respectively.

  13. Hopeless Ten …. absolutely hopeless ….. and what the public wants to know is why you stick with your format of more and more reality television and the project when you know it’s not working ……

  14. Ten are really struggling……Bad, If you take the Olympics out of the equation, ten really have nothing going for it. If their numbers do not improve soon what are their options?
