Returning: Postcards (Vic)

The Victorian edition of travel series Postcards returns to Nine (Melbourne) tomorrow, discovering the best places to eat, drink and relax in the state.

Glen Moriarty kicks off with some grape grazing in the Yarra Valley, where he samples fine wines at De Bortoli, Rochford Winery and Coombe Farm.

Lauren Phillips travels to the picturesque town of Daylesford to explore an impressive historical property, wander through the beautiful Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens, and enjoy a picnic courtesy of the Wombat Hill House Café.

Brodie Harper ventures to the Mornington Peninsula to investigate the crafts and culinary delights available at Red Hill Market. She explores the many stalls – some of which have been operating for nearly 40 years – and enjoys the live music and entertainment the market offers on the first Saturday of every month.

Shane Crawford meets up with Shelley Craft to discuss all things about The Block as she takes him on a tour of her home away from home, Albert Park. This is where The Block Fans vs Faves contestants have been renovating the famous old Dux House. Shane and Shelley visit The Avenue Bookstore, sample authentic Italian food at D.O.C. Albert Park, and finish up their tour with dessert at Jock’s ice cream store.
