Home and Away's week in London will air on Seven from March 31.

2014-03-16_0155Home and Away‘s week in London will air on Seven from the end of the month.

Fans should expect some big outcomes by the end of the week Monday March 31 – Thursday April 3.

The Braxtons arrive in London, forcing Bianca to face Heath. Tamara unintentionally helps Kyle makes a life-changing decision to get Phoebe back. A confused Spencer puts Maddy and Josh’s relationship in jeopardy.

Begins 7pm Monday March 31 on Seven.

  1. So much for it airing “next week”. I can’t wait till the day all The Braxtons leave. It has been Braxton & a Bay since the day they arrived. Only now are the “oldies” getting screentime but I’m afraid that will leave since their precious Brax is back.

@David – Someone should get in contact with channel 7 and remind them that Home & Away has previously been to the UK. There voice over states its a first time. It’s not. I’d love to know what they say to that.

In the UK, Neighbours has a much older, very loyal fanbase. Many of whom have watched the show since the late 80s, when Neighbours was often the highest rated TV show in the UK between 1988-92.

Plus, Neighbours aired on the BBC, who treated it very well during it’s 22 years on there. ITV treaded Home and Away very badly. Plus, before ITV lost the rights to the show, they made a deal which meant that Home and Away couldn’t be shown on any other network until at least 12 months after ITV finish with it. So, H&A started showing on channel 5 more than a year after it was last shown on ITV. The break caused a lot of the fans to forget about it, or lose interest. But when Neighbours moved to 5, it was on BBC on the Friday and was shown on 5 the next Monday, so fans just had to change channels to continue following.

  3. The trips away to the outback, sydney (where bianca and heath almost eloped), Melbourne and now UK are all Braxton focused. Too much Braxton makes home and away not as enjoyable anymore. Major lack of balance.

  4. I too hope it goes back to the way it used to be.The Arrival of the Braxtons makes one thankful for the Multi Channel old school sitcoms elsewhere they can watch to get away from the garbage it has turned to.Our House watches 11’s Everybody loves Raymond by the way at the same hour. It’s an oldie but a goodie.

  5. H&A has superior production values and a fantastic time-slot, but repetitive and crime obsessed stories. Neighbours has average production values and a wilderness time-slot, but great storylines and a balance of characters. Somewhere in between there’s the perfect show!

  6. Certainly not amazed that neighbours is more popular, its by far the better show, even without the bells and whistles that H&A provide. Tracey B I think hot it on the head “all style and no substance”. I’m glad we have the heads up here, as I have stopped watching H&A this year, and seven keep advertising as if the UK episodes are this week, so at least now i will know when to check it out again.

  7. Are they hoping these episodes will give them a ratings boost in the UK? I’m amazed at the fact that Neighbours is more popular than H&A in the UK.

  8. I really hope there is a good storyline to go with this, unlike recent trips to Melbourne and the outback. H&A has unfortunately become all style and no substance.

  9. Let’s all hope that the Braxton family decide they want to move there permanently and they show goes back to being Home and Away and not Home and Braxton.
