Returning: Offspring

Screen Shot 2014-04-27 at 1.49.08 pm.jpgTEN has confirmed Season 5 of Offspring will debut on Wednesday, May 14 at 8.30pm, to follow on from Puberty Blues.

Starring 2013 TV Week Gold Logie winner Asher Keddie, Season 5 will focus on the next chapter of Nina Proudman’s life as a single mother to her gorgeous daughter, Zoe Proudman-Reid (played by twins Mia and Willow Sindle and later on in the season by Isabella Monaghan).

Viewers will soon find out why Asher describes the new season of Offspring as “the best we’ve ever done”.

Offspring is nominated for a record seven TV Week Logie Awards at the 2014 ceremony to be held this evening, including Asher Keddie for her second Gold Logie, as well as Most Popular Actress and Most Outstanding Actress; Kat Stewart for Most Outstanding Actress; and Matthew Le Nevez for Most Popular Actor.

    I notice that’s Offspring, nit sure if its the last two eps or not.

    any chance they will show the final episode again like some stations do. I missed the final moments.

    I didn’t know Nina’s daughter was named Zoe. When Nina gave birth in the final episode the audience was not told her name. Seems strange for ten to reveal her name before the first episode like this when the final episode of offspring seemed to make a point of not revealing this.
