  1. Looks like another busy weekend for Mr Hockey, with long hours in front of his mirror and audio/camera recorders in his rehearsal studio.

Because as all professional actors know, it requires hours of posing practice to ‘co-ordinate’ the sorrowful facial expressions.hand gestures and changing voice inflections to put in a command performance, much like his tearful logie worthy performance during the boat people debate.

Its ironic ‘ToJo'( Tony and Joe) are having many budgetary problems, even to the extent of ‘Jo’ minus ‘To’ appearing on Q&A next week.

Or could it be that, at least ‘Jo’ sees the value in such programmes (when it suits) or is his prompt appearance a result of ‘ToJo’ funding/political threats, that may soon see us loose such programmes.

  2. As TJ repeatedly states, there’s an open invitation to Tony Abbott to appear on Q&A, but he won’t. Send out Christopher Whine and Smokin’ Joe.

  3. If I decided to sit through this I would have to do so with a bull crap filter. ABC needs to allow the extremely tough questions from the public and the host cannot let him off the hook at all. Just because a member of the public doesn’t vote for you or agree with your political decisions doesn’t mean they don’t have a right to be heard.

  4. Given the way the Treasurer ducked and weaved through AM with Chris Uhlmann on the radio today, #qanda shouldn’t bother him much.

I hope TJ publicly offers the same opportunity to the PM so we know the PM is dodging.
